I presume you would be collapsing 3-4 hotel rooms into single units?

There used to be many before the real estate collapse, but a lot of them ran into trouble and went out of business leaving behind a somewhat sketchy reputation for DSTs, which is unfortunate.The reason, in my opinion, is simple.

If I did not have a reason to be there I would never just go or invest there, lol.potential upside, but you might have to wait 20+ years for that..it also could collapse in 5 first, depending if they improve it or not.Things should be cheaper given the state of things and the effort it is going to take.
