@Marcus Johnson- I do not have experience in this by I think if  you have the existing contract ending 10/30/2018 I would do what you are suggesting of end one lease and start a brand new one.

This all stinks bc the wood beam is brand new. 

Moving to DFW and brand new to the city. 

I think we need to brand that & sell a course, lol!

I've dealt with bad tenants and having these tenants is a breath of fresh air.

Showing that your a trustworthy person will give credibility to your name and brand.

For example, I bought a duplex this year that had brand new furnaces, hot water heaters, and AC units, and a roof that is 4 years old.

Somewhere around 25, as freshly graduated bachelor's or master's degree graduates with well-paying jobs after interning and finishing their first years on the job, they truly enter the dating scene as adults with good jobs and strong prospects.

.#1 with that price range an individual can do a brand new build to his specifications.
