Additionally, you have to take a RE Sales Person exam and in my state of NJ u need 75 course hours under your belt.

Hard money can often function like private, and I find many people when starting out need HML vs PML….its a way to get a notch on the belt, and then on future deals gain private money.  

Additionally, study and learn as much as you can about everything related to construction/building and the ins and outs of RE....As a 16 yr old, you have the time and energy to get a lot of knowledge under your belt, which will be a huge advantage for you over your competition....

@Carlin RandolphMost lenders have really tightened the belt and do not want borrower taking a second from seller or anyone else.

I've already found a reliable agent who is also a part of the BP forums and has a few units under his belt.

If not an expert at market analysis with a decade+ under belt, than hire one!
