Anyone in the South Bend area have a realtor they could recommend me to?

I would of expected east of MLK to 2nd Ave and North of University up to the Hickman to be included (Mondamin Presidential, River Bend, Evelynn Davis Park) with exclusions for Chautauqua Park and Historic River Bend, not to say they couldn't use a boost but... maybe less so than the immediate surrounding.I can see Valley Junction being inside the zone.

Other people just keep bending the rules, and feel that it's ok to not honor an agreement if one doesn't get caught, or if one has a plausible excuse.I don't think it's particularly any different whether the issue is an agreement about smoking or any of the other issues I mentioned above.

As I suspected he was only able to go about 10 feet before his camera could not make a bend.

@William Espich Hey William, I am also totally new although I have 1 duplex in South Bend.

@Todd Ashley much like a branch that bends in the wind, wood framed buildings do much better in earthquakes because they can flex.

With politicians bending over backwards with "affordable housing" talk.....can you imagine how that would look if a landlord and their (about to be displaced) tenant is on the news?
