If you have cash reserves, this be an annoyance.  

Banks are annoying about it.

Sounds annoying but it’s actually perfect especially if you are putting a down payment lower then a bank will allow.

With regards to net worth, It is no longer being worth doing anything when it keeps you from doing something more valuable with your time.I can imagine house hacking being such a distraction and annoyance that it could easily keep you from earning an extra $1k or $2k per month.

Don't hire the cheapest contractor/ bid he is much more expensive and annoying.

My daughter who lives in one of the units has high “expectations” of tenants and roommates which is good, but I’ve had to stress to her there were certain things we could not do, regardless of her personal feelings or annoyances.

Very annoying.

They will still contact you with any problems and you will get annoyed how they overcharge you various things (all the companies do this). 

It bothered me at first when there was nothing in the units, but no guests have complained and it does not bother me anymore, but I would be more aware of annoyances in the future.

I will say though that no heat calls often happen at annoying times of day.
