What to do, charge or not charge the management fee?

A year long rent was negotiated and at the beginning of the lease period tenant paid the whole year. As a rent concession tenant got 1 month free for early payment. So the question is: 

Does the management company have to charge the management monthly fee for the free month?

@Victor Alvarado It depends on the contract which you signed with the management company. I pay on collected rents so no, I would not be charged.
