The pictures look like they could have just put excess pressure on the hinges trying to squeeze something through, in which case they're telling the truth but still in the wrong.

Personally I would not feel comfortable being pressured into spending 2k 

Those are larger windows big enough for a fire fighter to enter with full gear including an air tank and for occupants to exit in case of fire or other major problem. 

It’s been airing out for two weeks and I can’t seem to get the smell out.

A Tax Audit is not fun, and even if you have to pay a small penalty, it will bring the blood pressure up.  

Also, don’t EVER let sellers pressure you into a crappy financing deal by tightening the timeline.

I can see the possibility of going as far south as Tacoma,  and there is certainly plenty of housing stock of the type I'm interested in,  and as population and price pressure continues to push people out of Seattle,   Tacoma is going to keep getting better.      

I don’t have a day job so it adds more pressure to get things done (my bills are paid it’s just I want to act you know?)

I also like the dual air gauges that allow variable pressures.

Starts with setting up plastic containment around mold infected area, negative air HEPA filters, drywall and insulation removal, literally scrubbing studs with wire brushes, and treating with chemicals.
