I have many REI clients (SEO), so I'm a bit familiar with both solutions.  

I’ve been struggling to find another but will work effortlessly to line one up before our contract ends in November.

That & the fact that you chose to save $75 on dinner but are missing out on tens of thousands because doors are getting slammed in your face because you are known as a goober, lol.Jim as you have schooled me over the years about how all this internet and SEO stuff works.. looks like the 5 buck Gold millionaire shot himself in the foot letting this friend of his post that.. or maybe he asked her.. or maybe he was not aware.. but if he mentioned it on a pod cast.. boy oh boy. that is something..  

I get 5 star ratings so it can be done, and relatively effortlessly.

I will never be able to market as good as AirBnb and VRBO, I will never be able to compete in SEO with those guys.
