Boston Drain Co knocked down the the wall at the elevation of the sewer pipe in the basement and patched some holes in the foundation3.

We found out too late (after the elevator broke down) that there was a time window to have an engineer review the construction and an accountant go over all books.

He isn't asking for an elevator to the second floor.I would do it and pay for it out of my pocket.

Investment Info:Other commercial investment3 story, 25k SF commercial building with freight elevator and 2 first floor retail/office spaces on main highway.

You can have an offshore architect come up with schematics / floor plans but from there have the local architect do all the elevations, sections and details along with code analysis as they will have to do it anyways.

We had to build an elevated shower in order to get enough height to run the drain for it. 

It’ll be 4 floors with an elevator and we plan to stick build with all electric utilities.

Crowded elevators were of particular concern.I figured I wouldn't be alone in those concerns. 

I suggest it be one story or you will be adding an elevator and the cost will be high.
