There is no company website or phone number, I  looked up the address on google and it matches at six different locations. i found him on Linkedin and I sent him a summary of the deal with cash flow and expenses.

Most syndicators that is see on these forums and many that I see posting about financial independence on LinkedIn have no real real estate background.  

David Peters at First Floor Equity does some rehabs on hotels, and I believe he converts them into multifamily housing (I'm not 100% clear on the specifics, but you can find him on LinkedIn).

Seek recommendations from local real estate networks or platforms like LinkedIn.

I love working with new investors and market heavily to this market in Denver on social media, especially Facebook and LinkedIn so that's where I'd start searching if I were looking.
