Hi Tajinder, while Orlando does have lot of STR inventory, the demand promises to grow even larger - especially with Epic Universe opening next year, the Brightline train now delivering folks from Miami, and many other factors which drive tourism.

I would still try for a discount, Orlando will take a hit due to the tourism and Covid.

I've not done a deal yet in your market, but the biggest trend I'd be curious about is the on of canna-tourism in your region. 

As tourism is a luxury it can be one of the first things to go when an economic hit occurs.Bluffton houses a ton of people that work on Hilton Head.
