That would be like someone stealing my credit cards, racking up a bunch of charges, and then me paying them off. 

I didn't expect the money to be paid, I just wanted her out. at this point however, I'm considering submitted the civil complaint just to keep racking up her lawyers bills. 

We have a roll (either full or at least half full) on the rack and 3-4 rolls sitting in one of those fancy stands.

It's nerve-racking to put this out there and I feel like a small fish in a big pond, but I am determined to look back and be like "remember how it felt as a newbie and now you're a multi-millionaire??".

You will probably need luggage racks for bedrooms.

They will pretty much take care of their equipment(fryers, grill, display cases, bakery racks, etc).

They can always put a throw rug down for color/softness.As far as vinyl over wooden subfloors, I have several rentals with vinyl planks over wood and haven't had a problem with separation.

I think it is one of those wooden ones.

Hanging blinds, screens, securing rails and racks, swapping locks and fixtures etc if you have a job and time is more limited.  

The days of getting a HELOC are very slow to come and last few years people rode the HELOC ride and got it to pay off other debt and now are racking that debt back up.We buy distressed debt and we are seeing increase because of what I noted above
