I have been attracted to this area of MI since I started exploring real estate and it seemed to provide an opportunity for us to get in the game with out of state rentals without spending a ton of coin.

Are there other areas out west that are attractive Brad mentioned NV so I'll look into that but others (UT, MT, WY)?

Either way, we really liked the idea of WY entities at this point for the Anonymity factor alone, but the lower fees and charging order protections they offer were really attractive as well.

Wooded areas can be attractive to those who value nature and a quiet environment, but the cost can be higher.

I suspect your not going to attract many Asian visitors to this location either.
