And I suspect that the sliding door wasn't in such rough shape when the tenant moved in (so I'm a bit upset that the tenant didn't call right away, if the door was indeed not working correctly right away, rather than totally breaking it and THEN calling).

The company I’ve paid to fix the window claims they take all precautions to mitigate that concern but obviously it can never be completely eliminated.Do I push forward and upset the tenant or just leave it unfinished.

My belief, while maybe baseless, is that tenants would be upset with each other over messes, time management, "borrowed" items.

The Air BNB operator would need to take full responsibility of repairs and maintenance on the inside of the unit as well as full liability for the actions of their guests (damage to property, illegal activity, parties that upset the neighbors, etc).

Thank you all, after your comments I went straight to my Agent and Told him I won't sell, Obviously he got upset but you guys helped me keep my path towards financial independence, I will take your advice @Brian Goodling refi and purchase.
