Can I just ask a realtor?

So I found a property with just the owners email attached through a forum, but the email doesn’t seem to be working. I have very little info to go off of, but could I just ask a realtor in the area if they know the address to the place I’m talking about? I have enough general info to go off of, but no way to contact them other than the non-working email. Would it be ok to ask a realtor or would they be upset that I wasted their time? It’s seller financing, btw. (If that helps answer my question at all.)
