I am deeply rooted in Atlantic City with our own investments and my property management company.

Example "hey my sewer is stopped up, will you snake it for $150",  she agrees only to find out that a tree root has got it and broke apart the sewer line.

Both issues will likely require you to demo and then replace a lot of material to just get to the root of the problem.

For example, my lease has a clause that reads (in part): "Tenantshall be charged for repair of drain blockages or stoppages, unless caused by defective plumbing parts or tree roots invading sewer lines."

I'm going to have him make sure the fire alarms were installed (tenet told me they were putting them up), swap the furnace filter, and flush some root killer down the toilet. 

My mind was rooted in risk mitigation when I should be looking at this from a growth perspective.A higher DP forces a cash flow.

Money isn't the root of all evil . . . the LOVE of it is.
