I know I enjoy finding deals, rehabbing, and investing generally, but I might just have to do some trial and error as far as the law-side of the house goes.

It was an expensive 1-year trial but a very good lesson!

I understand you are choosing classes and you want to do things as efficiently as possible, but be patient and know that life things time and trial & error! 

I love hearing the trials and tribulations of others in the real estate investing space.

I think it's best to let things go on a monthly basis and give them a trial run to see how they behave.

It takes awhile to find someone you’re compatible with but it’ll happen after some trial.

Update 2021-02-10I called the housing court today to ask when the eviction case will be scheduled and was advised that "there are hundreds of cases that still need to be scheduled, the system is backed up because of COVID, you likely won't have a trial scheduled until May/June."
