If a location is solid, adequate property management solutions will exist.

I’ve googled this and found several forums with others having same issue and no solution.

I'm assuming I'll meet with someone about clearing/leveling the land since there are some trees that will need to be removed and its full of bushes and other stuff that needs to be cleared off. 

However, navigating the existing mortgage and structuring a deal that aligns with your rental income might require some creative solutions.

Have you found a solution to that bottleneck?

I would be interested to know if you came up with a solution or found a lender that could loan on the property.
