We sold 127 in 2015 and we have two new agents who are just getting some traction.

So not sure how true that is.. or how it pencils.. however as EV gains traction and I believe its a forgone conclusion..

Once you have traction and are on pace I would consider a 401k.

I cannot get any traction on that front at all, despite having a presence on Airbnb and VRBO, a business presence, and a track record of bookings with booking.com.

Back to the price point though, if it's low enough you may gain traction by posting the property in Facebook groups for the town it's in and surrounding towns (yardsale, garage etc).
