Looking for a good recommendation for a fair handyman or contractor to install lamps, sinks and toilets for my new condo rental. 

On the roof issue--it was installed in 2017. 

A few of us are interested in buying land in New Orleans/Kenner, prefer utilities in order to install double wide manufactured homes.

Hi all, Can anybody recommend a reliable used appliance/S&D store in the Houston metro area who will ideally do the installations as well?

He wanted me to replace or install fan/light/ heater fixtures in two bath rooms and I quoted him $240.00 per unit or bath room and he came back at me with an offer to let me to 200 units each with 2 bathrooms if I would reduce my price to $150.00 per bath room. 

We were also advised by the inspector before the sale to get the chimney inspected and install a glass front on the fireplace (currently it's just the mesh screen.) 

Sorry to pile on, but in the same deal I referred to, I also increased the agreed selling price so the REO bank could buy and install a new HVAC before closing.

I have one coming up I know will need a new roof in < 5 years, so I budget 10k plus about a 3-10k (for less than 3 units) margin should I want to make improvements in the next 5 years when tenants move out (ie vinyl flooring install, bathroom update, new counter top etc), and thats doing the work myself. 

Also, are there other liens which can cloud title such as judgements, IRS, child support, installment loans, etc.
