I work a number of nano-niches that attract people and situations into my highly specialized sales funnels.I'm not going to how-to course here, however you can segment your data and overlay with info from other corresponding trigger lists or just work a few properties in your RE farm and drill down by certain property factors.

It takes a special PM that focuses on that market segment.

They typically have a general understanding but not the really deep knowledge and expertise for that segment of the commercial asset type.

I also specialize in Multifamily properties.I focus on these types of properties because I enjoy these segments of real estate the most.

This whole segment is out of the market.

It can be the difference between cutting out a large segment of potential renters (i.e.: eldery/retired folks, people who don't want to walk up a bunch of stairs, etc.)
