So you need to know what you are buying and what the consequences are.

I get they need to make their money to cover their expenses but don't always think of the person they are getting the home from and the consequences of it not closing for the seller.

You need to find someone who is very reputable first and foremost.

Generally speaking, every 5 mile circle in the country represents a "market" for storage and what happens in one is of little consequence to the others (even those very nearby).

That being said, I am trying to get straightforward, reputable & honest information when it comes to the facts about getting started in wholesaling and what it takes to be successful and am finding so much contradictory information that I don't know what to make of it.

They sold their company “in good faith” and their reputation in the community is being tarnished.
