Obviously I've not identified my go to contractor yet I and 've found a house I'd like to get multiple bids on for the remodel.

They are accusing me of trying to make them fix and remodel my house, basically, which certainly is not the case.

Everything remodeled floors, roof, appliances, water heater.

Other than the windows and garage the property is completely remodeled.

Just finished a bathroom remodel that took waaaay tooo long, but I thought I'd share my experience. 

When I am in town we both work together on remodeling units and doing maintenance. 

With that being said, I have done remodels on 100+ year old homes and I can tell you that I avoid at all cost owning old homes simply because of the time and labor required to work on an older home.

I'm also very open minded on re modeling a house for a flip .

And it gives a range and median, so if your unit is particularly remodeled and nice you can use the upper end of that range as an estimate, or if your unit is particularly small or a little rough around the edges you can use the lower end of that range to estimate market rent for that unit.MLS could be useful too because you can view the non-active (presumably rented) listings as opposed to the active ones, but you'll need to network with a licensed agent who has MLS access in that market and have them run those numbers for you.
