And the other partner was a Garbage man who owned Garbage companies in multiple cities in CA.. and re cycle centers both very accomplished but very different in their investing style strategy.. suffice it to say the fortune 500 president was all about OPM.. the Garbage man was all about CASH..

thanks, Stephen i started it just hours ago and am going the poured-concrete route.put a bulkhead (shower drain) in the middle already of the framed 'pan' with 3" recycled abs leading to my garden irrigation channels.pretty much the only chemicals that will get added to the grey water will be very dilute antibacterial bar soap and the occasional leak while showering that cant wait after a few beers gardening under hot socal sun so hopefully the system's ecofriendly to.

My thing about it is recycle, I don't want to have hard copies of everything, I think I'm going to get one of the mass storage drives from wallies I have a file cabinet but I hate the thought of boxes full of files stacked up in my house or to have to pay for storage of boxes.

Not because all under 25 cannot be trusted, but they do not have the experience with:a - managing a house (garbage, heating, recycles, not jumping on furniture, turning off stoves, fireplaces, being safe in ocean, lakes or around the pool)b - managing their friends (think of the peer pressure - they have a house all to themselves, likely for the first time - they WILL invite people they meet over)c - cleanliness (who picked up after themselves at that age?)

Hopefully in November there's a changing of the guard and none of these hairbrained schemes that failed in the 70s (but somehow seem to get recycled) will make it out of committee.
