Hi I am a current homeowner and want to get a 2nd property for short term rental.I am wondering what would be the best course of action in terms of getting a loan for an investment property.Would you recommend getting a FHA loan or other conventional loan and living in the property for 1 year before renting it out and then renting out our current home or getting an investment loan and start to rent out the investment property?

Hi all,I tried Magicplan and found that it could not create a floorplan using my Android tablet's sensors as advertised and it's room-focused approach made doing a manual plan very difficult.So I thought I'd see if anybody has any recommendations.. here's my wish list:1) runs on android2) can either: scan walls to create a floor plan as I walk through a property, OR, allows me to enter in exterior walls, fix them in place, and then add rooms within either as walls or objects.Bonus:3) can send the plan to something that runs on Windows for further editingI'm looking forward to whatever you got!

.✅ Thirdly, in regard to objectionable tenancy and nuisance caused by disruptive tenants, you will need to document these violations with undeniable evidence.Because police reports are not usually able to be procured due to disturbances like drug trafficking or domestic violence, you’ll need to take matters into your own hands on producing that documentation.I recommend getting security cameras installed in all common areas and outside your properties.I’ve used SimpliSafe security cameras but you’ll need to install WiFi service at your properties so that you can maintain recordings in the event of violations and add to your lease that any tampering with said cameras constitutes a lease violation as well.This is still developing and once we get further clarity, we will host a round table with legal experts on how to best protect our properties and residents.
