And funny enough, Arizona state apparently have the highest ranked online Master Arch program, and they have a concentration in focusing on sustainable development concepts, which seem to align with my interest so I will be looking into that. 

I was thinking perhaps it would be easier to just bring a general contractor to walk the site and provide an estimate on all the rehab costs, rather than to find separate contractors for each specialized task.For those of you who have worked on fixer-uppers, did you bring a general contractor to walk the property with you and give an estimate on rehab costs?

@Steven MooreI agree with the other posterIf you are low on funds and low credit - work on fixing that first as buying property and trying to manage even with an k site manager is another risk that you need to have funds for repairs etc.

It sounds like the sub trades, particularly a site work sub contactor and a plumber who does underground work/utilities is what you are seeking.

Most of the sites I've found seem to be more targeted towards investors, and not the person bringing the deal opportunity.

Are flat-fee MLS sites or otherwise free listing sites like Craigslist the only options?

Some sites will just send something like no information available.    

Aside from Bizbuysell, loopnet, crexi, and Horse & Hearth, what other listing sites have campgrounds and resorts for sale on them?
