If these properties aren't going to appeal to investors, definitely list with an experienced agent in your area to seek out first time buyers. 

From your question I get the sense that you aren’t a fan of Airbnb.

I always wonder if the deal is as good as they’re telling me, why aren’t they buying it… They’re still a real estate agent who is making a commission off your sale… speaking of that, why are they selling real estate if they’re a great investor, some it’s because they love it.

If you are married to your partner (spouse) it’s a little different, but business partnerships can be more challenging - especially when things aren’t going well.  

But if they aren’t there it doesn’t stop it from being sec 8. 

If you are able to cashout 70-80% after the year, you likely aren't getting more than 20-40K based on the low purchase price/value of the home.

And I’d imagine a bit less in closing cost since unlike a regular loan there aren’t normally closing cost but a 0.5% Va funding fee.

They aren’t advertised - the investor must WORK the deal to create them, and will need to endure many rejections before he’s able to successfully conclude a deal.
