@Muhammad Kashif to avoid interest related transactions:1) Buy & hold rentals - you make your money back via rental payments.2) Funding flip deals - instead of lending at an interest rate, you could lend for a percentage of the profits on the sale.

I.e. a group that was getting 30+% returns out of a 2017 acquisition with a sale in 2019, should be looked at loosely against other sponsors with deals of similar acquisition date, as general market timing is really going to be 90% of the overall return, with the operations only accounting for a small part of the overall return.

Hey @April Birdsong, You can use the Ring or a stand alone camera.I don't use a Ring but I have a stand alone, solar powered camera pointing at the main entrance.
