You can get pretty specific, but I would also say we would need to see what you personally would want in a home/location for your personal use, but my suggestions would be:1) Boise Bench (Great access for STR- Airport/Hospitals/Central Location) 2) North End ("Old town" feel, great atmosphere, but pricey) 3) Caldwell (Indian Creek Plaza is growing exponentially, and College of Idaho- most affordable option)

I made a pretty nice living buying and selling rural acreages in Northern CA... and one thing I see on the blog sites is yes it can be darn tough to find parcels.. and especially in N ca with all the pot growers it can be dangerous to boot.But in Flordia you have unlimited raw land or lots to go after.. just need to figure out if your going to pay cash then finance. them...

They would have the mundane task of flushing every toilet, checking every cabinet door, checking every knob on every cabinet door, checking the AC filters, going through the cooking pots and pans and dinnerware to make sure everything is there.

I recently hired a cleaning company this week and after they examined my place after my TurnoverBnB cleaner "cleaned", they sent me pictures of dirty baseboards, dirty pots in cabinets, floor vacuumed but not mopped, etc.
