Multiple Niche
Hello BP, still a newb here. I am reading through a lot of information, and have to ask the question for the sake of obtaining additional feedback. I am likely going to set my 'niche' primarily in rentals. residential, and/or vacation rentals as I live near some of Americas greatest beaches, and the 2nd home to many snow birds. However, I am curious if anyone believes that it would be a bad idea to also invest in REITs. I have retirement accounts that are self directed and I am considering buying some REITs. Is that too much in one pot (Real Estate)? I also have money in other industries (energy etc...).
What are your thoughts? I am very grateful for this community resource!
