Hi, I have a Duplex in Los Angeles.

Threatened with steep fines, after sending the certified letter, the threats disappeared, as the city (in this case Los Angeles), decides they don't have the budget to fight the US federal government in court, and lose (which happens every time the feds have defended the Fair Housing Act).  

However, the best LOs are probably not messaging you directly on LinkedIn with a sales pitch because they're busy handling inbound leads.

I want to be fair, but I also don't want to cut my income more than necessary, especially given that I'm already bearing the cost of the ADU construction and Los Angeles is not an easy market when it comes to cash flow to begin with.

@Dorian Ridgely You typically won't find cash flowing multifamily property in Los Angeles (at least in more desirable areas).
