Construction has its good side at the end of the JOB when you get the satisfaction of a JOB well done.

Now they say they are done and want me to sign a contract saying the job was done to my satisfaction and I will not hold them liable for anything occurring in the future. 

I don't know that much about the schools but I know most of my patients who send their kids off-post for schools prefer to send to Clarksville Schools.  

You can do this through networking, finding properties that you like and send out letters or calling the owners, etc.I know it may not be immediate satisfaction, but given your (and my) situation we don't have much of a choice if we want to be savvy investors and deals are not readily available.

Be patient, unlike me, and listen to the nuggets between the lines.

Since Iwas 17 I have been in the construction business plus I had a broker license for about  30 years but have never done that full time.In the begining of investment, just be patient and keep it simple.  

It may be the only satisfaction you get.
