If that heappens, then yes, if the agreement you have with your seller is that you are responsibl;e for all the rent during the term, then it will be like any other rental propety, you will have to fix it up and find another lease purchase buyer.

My screening service has a confidential "tenant report card" for bad tenants where you can list a tenant and what they did to your property (which I am currently filling out as i have so much damage in such a short period of time--from a lawyer no less)but it is just for my state -a landlord would have to use my service and her name would come up--she and her deadbeat "fiancee" moved to Texas and I wish their new landlord could have found out about them.Any ideas or thoughts from anyone?
