For the work, we are: Removing 4 small metal cabinets above the counterRemoving one large wood cabinet (where the fridge will go)Replacing existing counters with prefab granite countersInstalling new stainless steel appliancesInstalling and staining 6 new wooden cabinetsInstall backsplashInstall a new dishwasher next to the sinkRepaint kitchen walls light gray and ceiling white, fix minor cracks in ceilingBased on our price shopping, we're budgeting ~$2,400 for materials. 

I find that I'm not getting my answers questioned the way I'd like but not sure if they are dancing around a gray area or I'm not asking it right. 

There is some gray area here within the first 3 years of the death though...

It seems gray at best, there have been solid arguments made on both sides.

White cabinets, white trim and gray on the walls.  

There are enough "gray" areas when investing in Real Estate.

I've run into multiple areas of trouble, and I'm starting to see gray in my hair but not in my will.

It is gray-white, fluffy, has small shiny strands in it, fluffs around like snow...

I understand the pros and cons of the SM-LLC, as well as possible gray areas in terms of asset protection in case of accident or tragedy.
