Fiberglass lasts longer, is more dimensionally stable (less bowing and warping) and is a bit more environmentally friendly but the inhalation of the powders produced when grinding, cutting or sanding the finished product is known to cause of form of Mesothelioma as well as the more common skin irritation.Aluminum will last the longest, and is recyclable.

Don't listen to a lot of the "noise" out there.

On the other hand I could get my real estate license and grind while I’m young.

Now, in less than a year, there are 5 kids (the 5th baby arrived just few weeks ago) and 3 dogs, doing "dodos" everywhere, attacking us on our own property, tenants don't seem to work and it's hard to imagine how they make living (neither one of them seem to work), causing noise disturbance by loud inappropriate music every time we are in our back yard, etc... 

Nice hustle and grind.

4 months is a long grind my friend.

That's a real problem for the locals and Scottsdale is trying to enforce noise violation penalties, as well as required contact info for the owners.

Supply and demand...so major metro like LA that has a huge shortage in housing is still flat to grinding up. 

If you grind you might hit it, or at least get close

This is a twenty year grind.
