I’ve actually switched my efforts to Memphis and San Antonio.

My plan is to put as little down as possible on a quadplex while also getting the allowance for remodeling efforts. 

Hey @Alexander Forrester what I have learned from my own marketing efforts and others that have really done well as wholesalers is that focus it what matters.  

In the past as a tenant, I've always considered landlord interactions awkward so now that I am on the other side, I avoid those "extra" efforts .

I'm currently 27 years old and enjoy long walks on the beach.I also have somewhat of a lame sense of humor :-pIf you look at my profile you'll probably notice that I've been a member for almost a year, so I suppose I'm technically not "new" per se, but I am new to the forums and I'm making an effort to become a more active member.

Over the next month, we are expecting a second child, I will be leaving my job and moving to our place of investment to expand our efforts.

- How many total leads have those efforts converted?

I'd say all efforts to expose what one has to offer work.

But we do plan to make a good effort though.

Mainly because they made absolutely no effort to collect on delinquent notes.
