There is an avalanche of disinformation going round on SubTo, the vast majority of especially the self-proclaimed "Guru's" of SubTo are with INCORRECT information on it all and selling FALSE promises and pretenses. 

You probably feel like you are not able to take action because you can't buy, but that's a false narrative.

It gives you a false feeling of success, but really slows you down.

I will say, that assuming their experience on their website/linkedin is in the same type of industry, they have been around longer than most any other syndicator you will find on these forums.

And what resources/websites do you like use to analyze a market for things like: job growth, population growth, unemployment rates, crime rate, what big companies/firms are there/moving in, etc.?

All in all, the city really looks down on Ellis Act evictions, who knows what other future legislation will affect you in doing that type of eviction.Note that if you do an owner move-in for the non-protected tenants, you'll only have to pay them around $6k per tenant (double check the city website to confirm).
