Do you think GC's have different styles or is it fair to say that most don't like to be micro-managed?

After that, I created an account with FutureAdvisor.com and put in my broker account information and filled out the questionnaire - like how long until you retire, what's your style (aggressive, moderate, conservative, etc.).

See below, the contract reads  "  ... by one or more licensed or certified inspection services: home, radon, environmental, lead-base paint, lead-based paint hazard or wood-destroying insect infestation." 

I was a member back when the forum was the old style message board format.  

I am about 3.5 hours from the property. my impression right now is that it needs to renovation (I am anticipating landlord style cleanup for a new tenant).  

I'm an agent as well but I tell everyone else they should interview a few of usand find one that fits your style before you pick one.
