You can use this as an opportunity to get a lower sales price, that what I do.

I’m on the lookout for commercial real estate or land opportunities around Innovation Park in Mesa del Sol, Albuquerque.

MTRs are great, and there is a lot of opportunity with the different medical facilities in the area, as well as the influx of military and the gaining popularity of MTRs among the general public, not just traveling nurses.

Now, of course there are deals out there that can be had but personally, I am 100% OK with my money in the markets and keeping a balanced portfolio while I wait for the opportune time to acquire more real estate.

Here's the bottom line- I know that there are opportunities that do not involve fix and flip that you may be able to bring to an investor who will then decide to invest with you based on the numbers.  

There is understandably a lot of drama between them that we have had the opportunity to hear about, but we are not interested in that. 

There is no portal like Zillow for syndication opportunities.

That remains to be seen, but none of my planning is to provide them anything more than initial opportunity.

It's a great opportunity to be here and one thing that brought me to this community is the idea that we will not swindle grandma but we want everyone to benefit from our deal.

Seems like I'm starting to see some more foreclosures pop off, so will hopefully be some more VA Vendee opportunities along with them.
