I am using my Galaxy cell phone and tablet when on BP.

My fiance has a nice nest egg in a 401k that we can use for proof of reserves on my other properties that would help out.

He claims to go to any city and do deals with only a laptop and cell phone.Just wondering how it worked.Thanks

Man i have egg on my face.

The old saying "don't put all your eggs in one basket" certainly applies here.I buy all of my properties in an LLC, so I automatically can't do Fannie/Freddie financing.  

It seems like a "chicken and egg" problem; which one comes first?
