Not necessarily looking for a long term solution (not worth putting in a drain tile given the type of basement it is), just something that can get it dry enough for an extended period to paint the floor.

We have stained regular concrete and done river rock finishes which take about a week longer to dry at the foundation stage but make a unique look for the floors.Is there anything different done other than typical pour that is required?

The buyers really start drying up with a high MSI and you can end up sitting on even nice houses for a long time.If you are a buy and hold investor for rentals we usually save cash or do flips when the MSI is low and when it gets higher we start looking for prices to drop and that is the time to start picking up rental properties for the long term.I have looked at many different indicators, price change, sales volume, etc. but none of them really seem to correlate to performance for a property better than MSI.

I guess: 6 hours to paint (including dry time and touch up), an hour to pour, over the first few hours I have to keep brushing the edges and catching droplets on the underside, and then 2 days to fully cure.
