I'd see if you got a warranty. in all of our new builds we actually have the deal underwritten by an external builders risk policy by an insurance company as a smaller builder it hedges our risk and helps the customers be very happy. it's typically 0.5% of the purchase price.

Additionally, i have contacted customer service and they have not been able to give any support other than asking for the same information over and over again. 

There are a number of great solutions out there that provide a tenant portal where they can go and upload pictures of the problem and then track its repair, but the cost of those solutions typically isn't feasible if you have only a few units. 

What do you do to provide excellent customer service to your tenants?

Also, in this hot buying market for the last three years, I only need the first month and my listing pictures. 

I talked to one of their investor customers that may have to deal with the Feds on this?
