Hello everyone, I am trying to get my foot in the real estate investing game. The only thing is that I don't know where to start. I would love to get any tips or advice for someone who is starting out. Thank you!!

Hands down, go to real estate meetups in your area. All of them. Never miss one. In six months, if you read some books and listen to podcasts, your knowledge base will be up, but you will also have connections. Don't look for a handout, go build connections.

Figure out what your why is. Why do you want to get into real estate investing? If it's to make quick money, stop now. If you are thinking long-term and want to build generational wealth, it takes time and it takes connections. Meet other people in your area doing the same thing.
