If I continue at the rate I am I should hypothetically have it paid off in about 4 years even though it was a 30-year mortgage.My question is do you all recommend just paying the minimum on the mortgage and then saving the extra in a high-yield savings until I have enough to put a down payment on a rental?

I'm simply looking for advice from people seasoned in this field and to try to continue gaining as much knowledge as possible.

Do you see this area continuing to grow or remain stagnant, especially with the potential downturn we may be facing?

Do they have any unknown "perks" you may not want to continue?

Is building a new property for a house hack potentially a good idea if our goal is to continue to scale/grow our capital or should we just stick to looking at existing properties that need work and pull our money out post-renovation? 

Do you continue with the eviction which would occur in 2 weeks?

Section 8 can be a very smart play, but it's not great for first-time investors who are not planning (and have the resources) to continue the play to understand and perfect the obligations and to ensure the best renters.

Lots of parents do, but the madness continues.
