the mortgage on this house is estimated at $295/month, and if we renovated I could probably rent each room for at least $350/month.me and my girlfriend each speak 3 languages each, and I wondered if we could market this way, offering to translate if someone needed to go the doctor, didn't understand school documents, needed to make some kind of phone call, setting up bank accounts etc.
