Like all tenants however, the key differentiator is not whether or not they are Section 8...but how well they do when you screen them and run their background checks and history. 

Screen tenants and get the most qualified ones you can and require a large deposit of they don't have good credit and background checks.

They don't even pay ME, they pay Cozy for the background/credit check. 

Also, feel free to ask to do a background checkThere is a lot of trust that needs to take place and no way to be 100% guaranteed they are going to act with integrity if something goes wrong.
