Hi everyone, i am brand new to this whole thing, i just discovered BP and I've been listening to so many of their podcasts they are amazing.

We spent time there last year, and I was amazed at how much construction had taken place - seemed almost ubiquitous.

They are paid up for rent for the month, the woman has moved out and the man and his children are still living there.

The story is this....the house has been abandoned for the past couple of months because the woman who lived there is older and moved in with her kids.

What an amazing story.

I Harv found some amazing guys that do awesome work and I have found those few that I will never use again.

Every time I have a vacancy, I always smile at the fact that 9 times out of ten... shoot, 99 times out of 100, it's the woman who makes the phone calls, asks the most questions at showings, handles the paperwork and money...The guy just kinda stands there.Just an observation...I have a vacancy now and it's always a woman that calls.
