A = Where I am currently, B = Next step, and Z = final step (which you clearly have)

I know there are calculators for this but I like the idea of having a table I can quickly look at and say ok, im using this lender and their rate is X, if the price is Y and I flip it in Z amount of time it will cost me this amount.

A good one will spend 3 days with you in the field in your market and give you an action plan from A to Z  that generates results while he or she is there.

The lease agreement probably didn't say they have to pay rent unless x, y, or z life events happen.

It is always X does most of what we want but we also use Y and Z to supplement. 

Watch out with those Z-wave smart locks because the next thing you don’t want to happen is a prevalent scenario like,The guest checks in and decides to use the outlet to charge their phones or kids' iPads, inadvertently unplugs the hub and forgets to plug it back…Sexy time afterward.
