Does anybody know any wedding venue investors?

I spoke with Zach and will be sitting with him in the office on Wed morning for a meet and greet.

But we’ve had a very interesting proposition come up, a wedding venue near us has come up for sale do to the owner tragically dying, along with the venue comes 3 estates that all sit on the same property over 100 acres.

The room total was about $1900 for three nights (Sunday to Wed) so we could split that in half.  

Bottom line: trying to figure out which one to use with a wedding planning business's purchase of a rural wedding venue.Details: fiancee is a wedding planner who has been in business for 3+ years, earning money for her consulting services.

That was a huge curve ball in my plans BC I was getting married in 45 Days and needed to rehab money to pay for the wedding.
