I will be in Knoxville next week and plan on attending the REIA meeting. Does anyone go to that? Worth the time?

Also, would love to meet up with other landlords, property managers, title companies and bankers. Any suggestions on PM's?

@Victor Jernigan thanks for reaching out. I went to the REIA home page and it looks like you all have a great group. I will be up in Knoxville next week and at least once a quarter as I opened up a restaurant on 3101 Sutherland Ave. Besides meeting with my partners in the restaurant business, I want to see if Knoxville makes sense for my own portfolio and for our investors in my turnkey business. We currently offer properties in my hometown of Memphis and 2 hours West in Little Rock. Looking at the price points and cash flows, Knoxville is certainly seems to be a great place to buy investment property. With only a week in town, I would like to meet with a Property Managers (preferably those using Property Ware), bankers, closing attorney's and other professionals. Any direction you could point me would be very much appreciative. If you even have a free moment and in the 3101 Sutherland area (Gus's Fried Chicken), reach out to me and I will buy your lunch.

Looking forward to the meeting and learning about the main topic.
